Return Process
- On-Delivery Inspection:
When your order is delivered, you have the option to inspect the product on the spot. If you find any defects, you can return the item immediately to the courier. - Post-Delivery Returns:
If you notice defects after taking delivery, you have up to 3 days to return the product. Please follow these steps:- Document the defect (e.g., photo or video).
- Send the documentation to us via Facebook Messenger for verification.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
Product Condition
- The returned item must be sent back in its original packaging, including the dust cover, to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refund and Replacement Process
- After we receive and verify the returned product, you can choose between:
- A full refund, either in cash or via bkash.
- A replacement bag of the same type.
Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or damaged, SteezBD will cover the return shipping costs.
No Refunds for Non-Defective Items
- We only offer refunds or replacements for products that are damaged or defective. If the product is not defective, we do not issue refunds.
No Exchanges
- We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
