At SteezBD, we strive to provide you with the best products and customer experience. If for any reason you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to help.

Return Process

  1. On-Delivery Inspection:
    When your order is delivered, you have the option to inspect the product on the spot. If you find any defects, you can return the item immediately to the courier.
  2. Post-Delivery Returns:
    If you notice defects after taking delivery, you have up to 3 days to return the product. Please follow these steps:
    • Document the defect (e.g., photo or video).
    • Send the documentation to us via Facebook Messenger for verification.
    • Upon verification, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you.

Product Condition

  • The returned item must be sent back in its original packaging, including the dust cover, to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund and Replacement Process

  • After we receive and verify the returned product, you can choose between:
    • A full refund, either in cash or via bkash.
    • A replacement bag of the same type.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or damaged, SteezBD will cover the return shipping costs.

No Refunds for Non-Defective Items

  • We only offer refunds or replacements for products that are damaged or defective. If the product is not defective, we do not issue refunds.

No Exchanges

  • We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
